It may take up to 1-2 weeks to get accustomed to the new feeling, especially if you’re used to sleeping on a standard spring mattress. Give your product a little time and we’re confident you’ll experience better sleep!

Memory foam is naturally sensitive to temperature change, so it conforms to your body’s unique figure. If you purchased your memory foam product in the colder seasons, let it reach room temperature before use.

Yes! Electric blankets and heated mattress pads have absolutely no negative effect on the quality or longevity of Novaform toppers and mattresses.

All of our molded pillows may have “holes” or “craters” typically on one side. This is a natural part of our manufacturing process. When the foam is poured into the mold, it is poured hot, and as it cools, tiny air bubbles rise to the top and burst, leaving small craters. This is completely normal and does not affect the performance or quality of the pillow.

Any mattress protector is fine to use in conjunction with our mattress as long as it is breathable. We do not recommend using a mattress protector with plastic, latex, or vinyl.

Mattresses: Novaform mattresses are tightly packed for easy shipping, so give your new mattress time to recover naturally to its original shape. It may take up to 48 hours for it to fully expand, but you can sleep on it as soon as it looks comfortable.

Toppers: Novaform toppers are tightly packed for shipping purposes and may be used one hour after unpacking. It may take up to 48 hours to fully expand, but you can sleep on your topper during this process. Please DO NOT use anything to help the mattress topper expand.

Pillows: Novaform pillows are ready for immediate use with no set up required. Just remove from the packaging and enjoy deep restful sleep!

Your Novaform mattress is designed to be used with a supportive foundation system (adjustable base, platform bed, slatted frame with horizontal center supports and/or a box spring). A Queen, King or California King frame must have a rigid bridge bar with at least 5 support legs or 5 equally spaced hardwood cross-slats with a supporting center leg. The cross slats must be at least 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart. Inadequate bases include, but are not limited to plywood, plastic liners, and the floor.

All Novaform mattress toppers are designed for use directly on top of a mattress. We do not recommend using your mattress topper with any latex, vinyl, or plastic air mattresses, a waterbed, or on top of solid wood, plywood, or particle board.

Adding a mattress topper may or may not require new bedding, as it depends on the current height of your mattress. Many bed linens include a deep fitted bottom sheet of up to 27 inches. This is perfect for the added depth of a mattress topper and can be found at most stores that carry bed linens!

It’s up to you! The contoured side of the topper will provide a more cradling, soft comfort, whereas the other side is a bit firmer. We recommend that you try both sides and see which type of comfort you prefer most! Either way, you’ll feel a balance of comfort and support that will relieve the pressure points that often cause tossing and turning.

All Novaform polyurethane foam products contain no formaldehyde, no PBDEs, and no ozone depleters (chlorofluorocarbons). Every product is clinically tested and has passed strict regulatory requirements. All foam is certified CertiPUR-US®, environmentally conscious and tested for emissions and durability. Memory foam products are not machine washable. Please note that the mattress cover should not be removed for cleaning. Instead, spot clean your product with a damp cloth and mild, clear soap when necessary. Allow it to dry completely before covering it with pillows and bed sheets/linens. Please follow the easy-care instructions on your product’s sewn-in label, or you may void your warranty.

Color may change over time due to natural oxidation. This is completely normal and does not indicate a problem or a loss of comfort or performance.

No need! For best performance, we recommend occasional turning (flat rotation).

Our mattresses are available for purchase online at Costco, BJ's, or Sam's Club, with a few options available to purchase at local warehouses. Each mattress is safely sealed and compressed in a brown corrugated box, if purchased online, for delivery to your doorstep or a printed box, or, if purchased in-warehouse, for convenient transportation to your vehicle.

No, all Novaform products are sold directly through Costco, BJs, or Sam's Club both in warehouses and/or online.

We do not currently sell replacement covers.

Novaform warrants that the fabric cover and foam material in our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The full details of the warranty are included with each product.

If a defect that is covered by the warranty occurs, Novaform will repair or replace (at Novaform’s option) the defective product. If a replacement is required, Novaform reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if the like components are not available. Replacements are limited to once during the warranty period. The warranty period is valid from the date of your original purchase; it does not begin again when you receive a replacement. All warranties are null and void if the mattress cover is removed and/or laundered. Mattress maintenance includes spot cleaning only.
