Our mattresses, toppers and pillows are tightly packed for easy shipping and delivered to your door in a box.
Before removing the product from its packaging, be sure to carefully follow the easy unpack instructions provided.

Our mattresses are specifically designed for use with a standard box spring or well-ventilated base with slats spaced less than six inches apart.
We do not recommend placing your mattress directly on the floor or any other flat solid surface as this will not provide proper airflow or support. Using your mattress directly on the floor can result in damage to the mattress and will void your limited warranty.

Our products are vacuum-packed and sealed immediately for your protection, which sometimes results in a slight new smell when unpacked. The smell is harmless and will disappear quickly. Rest assured all our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified to be environmentally conscious and tested for durability!

Mattresses: Novaform® mattresses are tightly packed for easy shipping, so give your new mattress some time to naturally recover to its original shape. It may take up to 48 hours to fully expand, but you can sleep on it as soon as it looks comfortable.
Toppers: Novaform® toppers are tightly packed for shipping purposes and can be used one hour after unpacking. It may take up to 48 hours to fully expand, but you can sleep on your topper during this process. Please DO NOT use anything to help the mattress topper expand.
Pillows: Novaform® pillows are compressed before shipping and can be used one hour after unpacking. It may take up to 48 hours to fully expand, but you can sleep on your pillow during this process. Please DO NOT use anything to help the pillow expand.
